Ms. Swingler was admitted to the Bar in 1982 and is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Following this, she received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review. Ms. Swingler's legal expertise encompasses various areas, including guardianship, probate, estate and trust matters, and the court-approval of minor’s settlements, as well as wrongful death settlements.
